Before the challenge I was frustrated with myself ... I got irritated and would either go all out and overwork or overdo stuff. I lacked motivation. If you are thinking about doing the challenge, I say do it

Before the Challenge I was depressed about it. I'm sure it showed in my self esteem. I wanted to hide under baggy clothes, I was embarrassed around all my skinny friends, and really lost interest in love making with my husband (hated being seen naked). Just after 6 days of the challenge, had more energy, I wanted to be active, I felt better in my clothes and I slept better at night. I actually craved exercise. If you are thinking about doing the challenge, I say do it. Nichole is positive and motivating. She offers variety in workouts and challenges. She keeps you accountable. She gives more than just exercise tips. It's good for the mind too!


After completing the challenge I have more endurance, have more energy at the end of the day and I feel better about myself and my body.
I had fallen off the wagon and couldn't figure out how to get back on. I was incredibly frustrated and I felt overwhelmed about where to even start. For years, I have always tried to change my lifestyle and my self-talk and my mindset, and I've never really been able to. I would miss one day, or have one slip up, and just totally fall off the wagon. I was definitely stuck in all-or-nothing attitude. My health wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't good. Since the challenge I noticed having more energy, and I actually enjoyed the challenges. They were fun, and I was excited to be active. I could notice my body changing and feeling stronger, and that was such a great feeling! If someone was thinking of joining - absolutely do it! Working with Nichole was great. It was the first time I had taken the time to address my mental state and how that related to my physical state. It made all the difference in the world. The emails, the texts, the Facebook group, the YouTube videos....I was so impressed at the dedication and commitment that Nichole had towards us, and we were just a free challenge group. It was Nichole's positivity and support that kept me knowing that I could succeed.


I now feel okay with moving my body each day without the pressure of pushing myself to exhaustion. I now listen to what my body needs that day without the guilt.

The 21 day program helped me to pace myself with exercise instead of having to work out intensely one day, wait a period of time to recover (at least a day or two) before exercising again...this was exhausting and physically draining. I'm also getting stronger at silencing my inner critic and actively thinking more positively instead of passively allowing the negative thoughts to take over. I felt more comfortable in my clothes again and I was just happy.

Before the challenge, I was angry I let myself be so blind and not see I was putting on the weight. I didn't feel pretty anymore and I didn't want to go out because I then had to find something to wear. Then, as the program went on, I was a lot more positive than I had been in recent months, I felt more comfortable in my clothes again and I was just happy. I would tell anyone on the fence to do it! Nichole tackles weight loss from a different angle; it's an angle that will change the way you think and help you feel better and keep off the weight in the long run.

 


I couldn't do another diet - this program is different

Before this program I'd been on many, many restricting programs with no luck. I was looking for something to "click" in my head to help me make it work this time. When I first watched Nichole's intro video, I felt this would be different. Nichole is genuine in her desire to help. I love the way she talks about her struggles and LOVE the encouragement she offers. This is different and just what I needed (not another diet).

 


 

I have more energy and am sleeping better 

Before the challenge I was so sick of dieting and feeling like crap about myself and hating what I have seen in the mirror. For once I just wanted to NOT feel like shit, and sometimes that's enough. Then about a week into the challenge, I had a higher energy level and slept better. This is a total mindshift. It's invaluable, and a picker-upper or a swift kick in the inbox is exactly what you need.

 


 

I now make ME time (even as a full-time, working mother)

Nichole TOTALLY ROCKS! Honestly, I tell people about Nichole all the time. I have always been thin, never having to worry about feeling comfortable in my own skin. Now I'm in my mid 30s, all of a sudden, and I've had two beautiful babies; needless to say, that super thin, never-had-to-even-try girl is a person of the past. I know we all fight our own battles - and they're tough for all of us ... mine has been the super skinny girl (who has always had a healthy appetite), who grew up and became a mom, and suddenly didn't feel good about the body she saw in the mirror. Regardless of your story - the details of the fight you've been having with your body - Nichole will help you feel good about being you again. You'll learn that it's not just about burning calories, or spending an extra hour in the gym - it's about self respect - and learning to love yourself again is a much bigger lesson than losing a few pounds. I'm a full-time working mother. I haven't spent any time on me in years - literally. And ... now I give time to me ... because I deserve it. I eat healthier, because I deserve it. I find time to relax, because I deserve it. And, you know what? I feel better. I look better. I smile more. The best part? My family is smiling more too, which really is what matters most to me. It's crazy - when you find time for you - really make you a priority - everything else falls into place.

Before the program I was out of control, and I felt horrible. I would exercise, but not consistently and never seemed to make any progress. I hated the way I looked and felt. Then as the program went on I noticed I had more energy, and I started feeling better about myself. AND I learned to tell Helga (your self-sabotaging voice) to shove it - which is BIG for me. If someone was on the fence about working with Nichole, I'd tell them she's fantastic and she really helped me to change my thinking about myself.

 


 

I have a better mindset about myself

Before the program I was stuck in an all-or-nothing kind of attitude. Also, not valuing how my body felt or needed. I am very competitive and can't stand it if I can't keep up...Since completing the program I noticed I have a better mindset about workout and how to feed my body correctly. If someone was on the fence about working with Nichole I'd tell them - do it!! She rocks and will come up with something that will fit your personality.
