Whooweee! I’m back and in full swing people! DAMN, does it feel good. It literally took me 10 days to adjust back to life after my volunteering trip to Costa Rica.

I wasn’t expecting it would take so long, but I accepted the signs and slowed my roll…. Which is not something that comes particularly easy for me.

I think my volunteer trip affected me a bit more deeply than I realized. I’m still working through it, and sifting through the lessons, but I’ll definitely talk about it more, once I’m on the other side 🙂

In today’s free coaching call, I actually am talking about this trip, but more along the lines of weight gain. It’s a legit concern when you’re traveling. In this call I share with you exactly what I did, so I didn’t come back heavier than when I left… Which is a much different story than when I went to Europe in 2013 and gained 10 pounds! Enjoy.
