In her own words... "My relationship with food was something I felt like I had to control -- I strictly counted my calories, I always made sure I was exercising off the calories I 'needed' to... And if I didn't I was angry. I was angry with myself, with my husband, with my kids, whomever was getting in the way of my calorie deficit that day. On top of that I was a huge binge eater! I stuffed all my emotions down. The WAWL program has really taught me how to trust myself, how to listen to my body, how to manage stress and how to love myself. The obsession and stress around my body and stress is pretty much non-existence. I channel my 'Lady of Leisure' and feel so much calmer than I ever have."
