I’m not talking about being ‘in shape’ the way we see it portrayed in a magazines. I’m talking about is your unique creation of health, vitality and Wildly Alive living.


What does that look like for you? 

For me it’s waking up rested, being a mother who is fully present for my child, having energy for my family in the morning and still having plenty of energy at night, getting outside, moving my body, enjoying a cookie without wanting the whole box, surrounding myself with women who nourish me, being vulnerable and playful with my husband, having space to connect with myself, eating organic food, having immense passion for my career, relaxing, experiencing lots of adventure, welcoming my emotions, and a deep spiritual practice.

I’m not always great at tending to all of these things, but at this time in my life, I am taking great care of my body because I love her and I’m up to big things.

I feel like my body is actually propelling me forward, not holding me back. It’s INCREDIBLE.
