Man, now that Wyatt has been sleeping through the night consistently, I feel like a NEW FREAKING WOMAN. Can you tell?

It only took about 9 months, but HEY, better now then never – haha! Chronic sleep deprivation is by far one of the worst things ever. I really hope my future children are better sleepers — cuz it’s been rough!

I’ve been actually LIVING life again, and it feels so refreshing. This week I went country line dancing, which was pretty freaking comical. Thank goodness no one recorded me! I went for a jog, which I haven’t done since before I was pregnant (so a VERY long time ago), and I’m doing more speaking gigs, spreading the #WildlyAlive message.

Life is feeling pretty good right now, which is such a relief to say after all I’ve been through during the last year and a half.

Hope you’re in a similar place, and if not, just remember #ThisToShallPass. Lots of compassion, forgiveness and self care is a must. ❤
