WOW — what a week. The response I’ve gotten from the two pregnancy/birthing emails has been overwhelmingly awesome. Thank you for those who reached out in some way.
It seems like most momma’s have some healing to do around their birthing experience and my hope is that by sharing my story, it inspired some of you to begin that journey as well.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but yesterday (April 3rd) was Wyatt’s birthday and writing that post help me process through emotions that would’ve surfaced around this time anyways.
Divine intervention. Don’t you love it when that happens 🙂
(hint, hint – tune inward around your children’s bday’s or big events in general… The increase in stress/anxiety/saddens could be an emotion from the past wanting to be felt, processed and healed. Merely journaling about the experience is a great place to start.)
