5 must-do’s to prevent emotional eating on vacation

Livelies, I’m back from vacation and fully recovered – ha! If you’re following me on Instagram or Facebook you probably saw the vacation unfold with all the pictures I posted.

Yes, it was great, but my struggles during this vacation actually inspired today’s coaching call. I tell you alllll about my slip-ups and how I found myself emotionally eating (and drinking) more than I have, in a very long time.

…As always, I share my “lessons,” and how I could’ve set myself up better so it would have been more enjoyable. My hope is that you learn from my mistakes.
