3 ways social media can sabotage your weight loss

I don’t know about you, but I toootally needed an extra cup of coffee this morning. Haha! I love me a 3-day-weekend, but man it’s always hard to get going again, right?!?

I’m just gonna take it slow today and not beat myself up for slightly over eating and drinking. It is what it is! I can’t go back into the past. If you’re in the same boat I suggest you join me 🙂

Plus, losing weight #WildlyAlive style isn’t about restricting yourself of your favorite not-so-healthy foods (or drinks), and hiding out in your house all day. It’s about moderation, listening to your body, and having LOTS of fun.

We had a lazy day, went on a hike another and played lots of games. BTW – have you played that game where you put that weird mouthpiece in? OMG. That game is so much fun, I almost peed my pants laughing so hard. If you’ve seen this video of me playing it already or not you gotta watch it again. My eyes still water in laughter when I watch it.
